In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 working calendar days of your purchase. the product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.
The money will be refunded to the original account used during the purchase. For mobile money payments, it may take 4 to 8 business days for a refund to show up on your mobile money statement.
To complete your refund application, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank or mobile money service provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

After 7 days return
If the product is damaged in any way, and you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
The product is damaged or defective
If products being returned after purchase from paladindoors.com is damaged or defective, in any way, resulting from the actions or inaction (carriage) of the buyer, the refund will be unsuccessful.
KINDLY NOTE THAT ALL HEAVY DUTY DOORS(TK DOORS) ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
